• Demo the implementation of the 4 features implemented in this iteration.
• Draw client's feedback on the design and functionality of the Square Tool.

   • Demo all implemented functions. (15 min)
   • Explain what features are complete and what features are not complete. (5 min)

Marco presented the agenda and Perrier!

Loomi gave a demonstration of the tool

• Choose Step
• Close Step
  • Nancy mentioned that she likes the UI, and the consistency of the analysis
• Agree on definitions
  • The terms and definitions from the SQUARE appendix. Some terms had more than one definition - use the terms and definitions from the demo tool as the default list for new projects.
  • If there is more than one definition, we should put all the definitions in - see the demo tool for the complete set of terms.
• Prioritize Requirements
• Inspect Requirements
  • There was some confusion over what was selected and what was currently be filtered on for the "filter by" option.
  • Currently there is "complete traceability" - this is a good thing
  • Need to remove things like "requirements to requirements" and "artifacts to artifacts"

Marco presented the latest version of the plan

• Next client meeting is confirmed for July 27 at 1:00 pm
• Iteration 10 will have two features only since it's short and there is the EOSP

Abin asked whether Nancy got in touch with Server folks

• Nancy: No, they are being non-responsive
• Talk to Chris Delansky about what he has the ability to do. There's no one else filling that position right now.

Maro asked about the deliverables in the SOW and the Documentation milestone

• Followup with Nancy via email.
